Noise from surrounding building (Night Club) was annoying.

Nice old hotel, room was spacy, good cleanness, Check in was so quick

Had an amazing stay there, it was a perfect hotel for holiday with fams

The staff was very nice, the location good, room was clean

No breakfast, room is OK. Nobody came to clean the room. We have changed the room in the new building and that was better as the first room, we must pay 100.000 IDR more/night. Toilette tissue?

There 's no amenities whatsoever in my room.

Stay for with couple morning take a shower without warm waters.

The staff was friendly. I moved 2 times because of air conditioner issue, while at the same time other guest also had the same request. Last moving was not too bad, even though I could not control the fan mode from AC. If they can fix the AC, I will increase the rate to 3.

Always love HCI. Even if I have a job or small activity to Semarang, I always chose this hotel. Why? Because really comfortable and all staff is kind and really helpful 😊. Thanks 🙏 HCI
