Staff very friendly and accommodating. The first room we checked in had no wifi due to router on that side not working. So they then move us to another side of the room where wifi was fine. Since then, we don't have any problems at all.

This is the best hotel on the island, staff and services are excellent here. The beach and the view from hotel are amazing as well. The location is good and this is a magical experience compared to the money you had paid!

We stayed here for two nights and immediately wished we had booked a longer stay! Our experience at this hotel on Gili T was nothing short of exceptional. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and every meal was a treat. This is truly the best spot on the island to enjoy a breathtaking sunset, with the silhouette of Mount Agung adding to the magical view. The property features both a beach and a pool area, complete with a bar, where we spent countless hours relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay and can't wait to return next year!

The experience of staying here was very memorable, very comfortable and peaceful. Perfect for healing from work and life. Overall 9.5/10, I will definitely stay here again if I return to Gili

Definitely will come back here! Staffs are very friendly. The surrounding is the best and the beach is infront of the hotel. Would recommended to family and friends!

This is a great place to stay. The room is very clean and smell good. The food is really delicious. For someone who has minim budget can stay in this hotel.
