The room was very big, I booked it for one person so it's very spacious and clean. I love it because the room was really comfortable for remote working. Also I got a city view, good lighting for taking pictures. Thank you.

Ga mirip bgt sama di foto, sprei juga kyknya ga diganti. Kamar tidak sesuai dengan di foro, di meja nya banyak debu, kaca kamar mandi ga pernah di bersihkN.

All good. The place is clean. For budget transit its proper for its portion.

The room are spacy and clean. The shower room needs to be more treated with plasant scent. Since the floor are slippery, a non slip bath mat should be placed between bathroom and bedroom. Unfortunately, they don't serve food, as such we have to place order via Grab Food. More minuses are, the safe box is not functioning. When reported, the receptionist claimed that it has been out of order ever since. The other thumbs down was none of the staff carry any float of money for guests to change their money to pay for food delivery. The plus are, Alfamart convenience store is just next to hotel, that is very useful. The tariff too are much cost saving compare to other properties of its class.

The place so comfy and spacious! The only let down is the swimming pool tiles, it cracks and cut my kids foot. There’s probably 8 tiles need to be replaced. Overall I love the place!

First came the security guard confused, looking for the unit key even though it was 4 pm, after finding the key it turned out the key could not be used. For 15 minutes I was confused. Then someone approached me and gave me the key, then put on the sheet too. Crazy huh, that was 4 am, especially since I arrived right on time at 2 am? Then the electricity kept going out about 5 times during my stay there. Then there were no mirrors at all except in the bathroom, no wifi, cable TV and the next day I had to check out on time even though the electricity kept going out. Not fun at all.
