Receptionist hard to call. No shampoo, only soap. Hard to charge. The electricity too far from bed.

We got room no 115 and stayed for 4 nights. The room was big. The beds were big and comfy. We stayed with 3 years old. Pros: There was a chair and table as a working desk also a sofa and another chair. Fridge, TV with Netflix, Prime and “kitchen” area were provided. We love the terrace the most that gave us a privacy. The surrounding is quiet but easy to find place to eats even at late nights. Cons: the bidet pipe was leaking which caused water waste and there was no hot water in the bathroom. The AC took a while to get cooler and it the AC leaked when I set at the lowest temperature. The lighting was quite dark, kind of hard to wear makeup. Overall, the room and hotel itself a little bit old but for us it's totally fine, it felt like staying in relatives house. The staff are nice and helpful.
