A very pleasant staycation for a birthday celebration. Slow on the check-in and still asking for deposit at 200K. Helpful FO staff and very informative. Spacious room and clean, but the brown tiny pillow smells awful and some ants colony stays inside the teacup. Internet very very slow and disconnected all the time, Television needs to upgrade. The blanket is also so old-fashioned. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties, standard on taste (for my taste it was too salty) Fast check-out and definitely will coming back again.

The location of the hotel is quite strategic, near Superindo minimarket and bakmi kadin. The room we stayed in was clean and quite spacious, warm and comfortable. The hotel staff is quite friendly and very helpful. Due to the pandemic so we got a discount on the room rate. Maybe we will stay at this hotel if we are on vacation in Jogja later. I had my meals all from the restaurant, and they were so delicious. The room is big and clean. It has even big balcony. Really would recommend you guys to stay here. We stayed one night at Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta while transiting on our vacation road trip from Bali and it was an amazing experience. We made a reservation via online platform on our way to Yogyakarta then contacted the hotel. Our reservation was confirmed by Miss Ussie, she was also very friendly explaining the route and car parking facilities available at the hotel. The location is very strategic, about 200 m from the historical monument ' Tugu ', we just walked to the famous street of Jalan Malioboro, hanging out at the culinary and cultural tourism center around Malioboro and Alun-Alun where there are many restaurants or ' angkringan ', as well as handicraft centers along the way. Everything was perfect, we got a room upgrade to Harper Suite, the room was spacious, very clean, modern and luxurious and equipped with all amenities. We enjoy the atmosphere at Hotel Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta. Thank you for the great hospitality, we will come back again next vacation and will stay longer at Hotel Harper Malioboro Yogyakarta.

Wow pengalaman menginap yg tak terlupakan and magical experience stay with novotel suite hotel. Sebelum saya book hotel ada note kecil yg saya sertakan"honeymoon set up if its possible". I don't expect to much, but wow I was really amazed and appreciated what they did. Specially the housekeeping staff and team who set up my suite room, it's been mind-blowing. Me and my wife was loved it. They give us sureprised with cute animal folding which is little things but means a lot. And they give us nice pretty handwriting on the mirror on our anniversary. Thanks novotel suite for the experience that you gave to us. I was stay in suite 601. And also their room was nearly spotless. Good job.

All the staff are amazing and so friendly! You don't have to stand up and line up for check-in, they will ask you to sit and they'll help you with the check-in process 😆 the room is kind of old but hey who doesn't like a super clean vintage room? Super nice room with a garden view 😍. They have lots of activity that you can enjoy, some need additional payment but most are included. For breakfast I haven't tried yet because our family went to Jogja to try Jogja's legendary food.
