Stayed one night for business trip. The room is super spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom definitely one of my favorite spot, I love the shower. Frontdesk was very responsive and helpful. The staff were very friendly as well. Definitely will stay there in my next trip.

amazing and well strategic hotel in the middle of legian.. pretty close to reach all the popular tourist destination at seminyak legian and canggu.. the hotel staff were really helpful. the room was clean and the toilet was pretty hygienic too. the breakfast menu was amazing despite the covid condition going around in bali. the service was consistent.. I will definitely will be going back again and stay at these hotel.

we had the most relaxing stay at Fairfield. the staff were excellent namely Diah, Erico, Yunita and the chef at the cafeteria. everyone was very welcoming and gave us good service. breakfast was very good. we stayed for a week. encouraged us to have the chef cook whatever we want for breakfast. this hotel is highly recommended. we will definitely come back again.

Check in time too long, I need wait longer than I should, they inform to wait for 20 min after 20 min, I ask the room and theu repeat the same answer 😭.

I was re moved 3 times during my stay, the front desk put me on the room which are in the next room was renovation in-progress and this impacted to my allergic to dust, its not comfortable and got problem with my asthma.

Very recommended hotel, sangat bersih dan nyaman mulai dari lobby, kamar ada balkon dengan pintu geser yang besar. Restoran dengan makanan yang enak dan kolam renang yang hangat dan nyaman. Staf yang sangat ramah dan very helpful. Menyesal hanya stay 3 hari di sini dan kemudian pindah kehotel lain. Akan kembali kesini jika visit Bali kembali.

I was very disappointed with the parking problem, as I understand that it is not possible to park a car in the hotel area, just drop it off, but when I wanted to arrive, my car was told to park on the side of the road, while unloading my suitcase, the road was narrow and dark , even though in the hotel area there is an empty place for drop off, but it cannot be used, because for the GM of the hotel, my question is, is the GM more important than customer comfort?

I had a good, enjoyable and pleasant stay in here. The guest service officers, valets, breakfast and room service staffs were very very friendly. They really made sure that all my needs were fulfilled. They responsed fast and really work with full heart. They have a delicious breakfast. The check in process took a while for my family. We did arrive early, expecting our room can be ready before 3PM. Unfortunately that was not happen. My other room ready after 3PM.

Room is clean and quite spacious. Breakfast is delicious and during my stay (2times breakfast) the menu was different. It is unique that they provide indomie for breakfast. The location also quite nice. A small issue was just one of the staffs that take care of my check in process didn't have a friendly face expression:) so I was reluctant to ask her if my rooms are ready or not (I did an early check in and my rooms were not ready).

It looks like a very forced 4 star hotel. Everything is sufficient. But the bed is very comfortable sleep. Parking in the lot must be valet. Can you take the suitcase? Thank you for service.

Ketika liburan akhir tahun dimana penutupan jalan di sana sini selalu dilakukan di Denpasar, hotel ini sangat strategis akses kendaraan dari dan ke bandara masih bisa lancar. Hotelnya sendiri sangat oke, di kamar disediakan iron (setrika) lengkap meja gosok serta lampu senter emergency. 👌👍
