The room is quite comfortable, the location is close to Malioboro. The downside is that the wifi is slow, children over 5 years old have to pay for breakfast. Suggestion: If possible, the shower area in the bathroom should be given a divider, so that the water doesn't splash everywhere.

The staff's friendliness is good, the facilities can be Laundry. The staff for TV repairs are fast, because the TV had problems
The crushed chicken food is really delicious, the chili sauce is really spicy and delicious.
But for the hotel towels, they need to be repaired again, because the color is not bright enough. But Overall everything is delicious, good, polite, the area is close to food and Malioboro Street. Thank you for everything. See U Next Time.

Overall rating 7.5/10. Close access to Malioboro Street, just slide to get there. Around the area there are many food stalls, bored with the hotel restaurant menu or want to find something cheap, just hunt for snacks. A little note for this hotel when I stayed, when it rained a bit heavily the AC suddenly made noise and the water came out really fast, the same as when the sahur menu for capcay which was served seemed like the vegetables were too cooked and the taste tended to be too sweet. Unfortunately the gym was under maintenance, even though I chose this hotel not only because the price was a bit cheaper, but also because it had gym facilities compared to other hotels in the area with similar prices. The receptionist is very friendly but not with the security guard.. I asked where to park my motorbike but was not directed, instead he moved the hotel car which is a Wuling. I was waiting, I thought he would come back to tell me where to park but it turned out he didn't, so it seemed cynical because I was riding a motorbike, very different from being friendly with guests who have cars.. 😁 only if the STPM was very friendly when I checked out.. hopefully it can be corrected, but don't give me a sanction, thank you STPM.. 😁
