I mean.. It could be better. There are stains on the sheets, the bathroom water heater didn’t work properly and also the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working. Please upgrade the service and cleanliness.

The booked was changed without any confirmation. Previously I booked the single bed however it was changed with twin bed by hotel.

Overall good stay, strategic location, close to Malioboro. Staff was friendly. The only low point was attentiveness of the staff. I was asking for the prayer mat on the first night and never received till I checked out.

Delicious breakfast. Environment was great. Near to Malioboro. The room quite nice and clean. Bathroom are good.
