Booked room 3, the information said they were close together but it turned out they were far apart. The food lacks flavor. It's quite far from Malioboro. The staff are ok and friendly. There are colored blankets.

We stayed in Privilege Room, 2 rooms. The room was clean, the bathroom was okay, clean, the hot water was okay, the AC was cold, the TV was okay. The breakfast was delicious. But we were in room no. 1, the very end and adjacent to the special employee room, employees often came and went and opened the door which made noise so it was quite disturbing. But overall it was quite good.

I was a bit disappointed with the room I booked in room 113. Superior double. I was provided with an AC that had errors up to 3 times. And the telephone was broken. So the first night at 3.40 am I went out to the front to meet the hotel staff who were on standby. On the second day, it was the same at 22.30 pm, my wife also went out to meet the hotel staff. This hotel is not really recommended. The term is that the damaged room is sold. Hm. So uncomfortable. For my vacation this year. Just once. So annoying. 😡🤬

The staff is friendly, the location is also near teras malioboro (30k price with bentor in front off the hotel, if walking thorugh there, around 800 m). We choose family room for 3 people. The room is comfortable with cold AC, but the television has some problem, it suddenly lost signal and shut down sometimes. We call the hotel technician for 3x to complain about the TV. The wifi is also really bad, it will disconnect suddenly and will not connect again. It will need couple of hours to become normal again. We stay for 2 nights and the wifi disconect at least 4x. This is really annoying because I playing mobile games. I hope they can improve the facilities (TV and wifi). The food is not really good too. On the first morning, they prepare siomay or batagor, I don't know what it is called, because the taste is "hambar" and the texture is really hard. The porridge is also cold. All the foods is not warm enough. On the second morning, they replace the batagor/siomay with nasi goreng ngohiong and the taste is also hambar.

Priviledge room type, not worth it with the price offered. Hot water does not work in the shower. However, the cleanliness of the room is okay. The taste of the restaurant's food is quite good, but the breakfast set at 8 o'clock fried rice was finished and the refill process took a long time. The hotel is really super comfortable! In my opinion, for that price, it is super dupe worth it, especially the room on the 5th floor. I didn't expect to get such a great room for a fairly affordable price! And I got free snacks too. The plus point is that the location of this hotel is quite strategic.
