This hotel helped me a lot. When I asked for box, they tried to look for it and sent it to my room directly. The staff were helpful and kind. The room was nice and clean. I took the room for 2 but 3/4 person can stay also.

For a strategic location and on the main road. It's just a shame that the rooms are not well maintained. We stayed for 4 nights and booked 3 rooms. On the first day of check in, 1 room's shower closet was broken and the water was leaking, then the room also smelled of cigarettes even though we booked a non-smoking room. Then 1 more room's AC was hot and the air was stuffy. In the future it can be improved better. The staff is quite friendly and quite helpful.

1. The hotel staff is very unhelpful..when first arriving, instead of helping to carry the suitcase and open the hotel door, the security guard and staff were busy chatting..even though the hotel door is not a sliding door so it is troublesome
2. When going up the elevator, the hotel staff did not prioritize the guest even though the guest was carrying a sleeping child while carrying luggage
3. The room smells
4. The parking lot is not enough so cars are parked on the side of the road and Valley officers cannot use cars
5. 4 stars feels like staying in a 2 star
6. The price does not match the facilities
7. The bathroom cover is mediocre
A hotel that is highly not recommended and I don't want to come back here again

The hotel room AC was very hot, it felt like a sauna, and 3 hours before check-out we were replaced with a smaller room. The management was slow in handling complaints, where we called up to 5 times and there was no immediate solution. If the room is not ready to be sold, it should be fixed first. Before staying, ask first about the completeness of the facilities, especially the AC, which was a bad experience during our stay at Grand Tjokro Jalan. Affandi Jogja. Hopefully it will improve soon and always be successful.

not far from Malioboro/tugu Jogja, close to viral places to eat
only for food & drinks the hotel is not recommended, lacking seasoning in my opinion because the hotel ⭐4 should have more flavor and not be bland, but for the candied fruit it's okay

Access to the hotel is quite easy, because the hotel is located on the main road. Travel time from Yogyakarta train station is around 20 minutes. The parking lot is not too big, but maybe the parking attendant from the hotel can help you find a place. The cleanliness of the room is okay, only the one that is a bit disturbing is when the water tap and flush the closet have a slight smell like a septic tank. And unfortunately the water output from the shower is not strong enough. The availability of hot water for a shower is quite good in the morning. Sometimes there is some at night, sometimes there isn't. For culinary around the hotel, it is close to the seafood zone, Madura 1 Cak Hasan depot. These 2 places to eat are worth trying in my opinion. The breakfast is quite varied and the taste is also quite good. For the swimming pool facilities, the pool is not too big. So you can imagine how crowded it is on weekends or high season. Plus, to access the swimming pool area, we have to go through the breakfast area. So you can imagine swimming in the morning when people are having breakfast. That's my review, good luck.
