I really enjoy spend 4 days in grand zuri, the room so comfy and clean, the exterior so modern, the receptionist gimme a good view front of the pool and you can see the sunset too, so loved. The last I really like the food, the taste is really good. I’d loved to comeback again

The hotel is nice. The service is friendly. Unfortunately, my sleep was not good because along Malioboro Street there are noisy illegal tracks and racing all night long.

Yesterday I stayed during the fasting month, before checking in I had bought some drinks to stock up on for breaking the fast during my 2-day stay, it turned out that when I entered the room the FRIDGE was not cold, I was really disappointed (even though I took a deluxe room). When I wanted to eat sahur, it was initially delivered to the room and I had already listed the menu options on WA (it's a bit uncomfortable, usually every hotel even though sahur is still in a restaurant) you can choose the menu and it's more economical because when eating sahur, usually you only eat a little, juice, milk, eggs, and fruit. But when I woke up to eat sahur, it changed again, I was told to go to the restaurant, so I didn't get delivered.
Another thing is that on the 6th floor in the lobby, from leaving the room until I was about to enter the elevator, there was a really pungent smell of CIGARETTES. It wasn't just me who experienced this, but my friend who was in a different room also felt the same thing. It seems like the room is not soundproof, so the smoke that smokes penetrates through the gaps in the room doors and it smells really bad in the lobby and corridor on the way to the elevator. Maybe this is just my impression during my stay, things like this should be considered by hotel management for the sake of consumer comfort.

Overall, the people are friendly, especially those in the pool area, if you leave something behind, it won't be lost and found. In terms of food, rooms, and location, it's still safe. But there was something disappointing when ordering food by phone from the room, as usual we ordered food and drinks, there were 3 items from the menu available, we were informed in approximately 20 minutes, we waited for 2 hours and it hadn't arrived, then we followed up again and were informed that it was ready, sir, we'll just deliver it, we waited for another hour and it didn't arrive, finally we went to the front to cancel and just look for food outside because we couldn't compromise on our food, either because we changed shifts, there was a miscommunication or the ingredients we ordered weren't there, we should have been informed, we didn't have to wait for hours hoping for it, but when it comes to food, we can't just apologize because we ordered from noon until almost night, there was no news, just an apology like joking around doesn't make the time that has been there throw it back up again and your stomach will be full, right?
