great experience when we stay at Harris Malang, kids & family friendly, nice ambience, clean, good facility and great taste of food with affordable price.. too bed we didn't get room with connecting door as we booked at Traveloka☹️

I only stay 1 night for business trip. I always love atria hotels. the last time i visit atria Malang was before covid. the lobby is still under renovation but my room in top floor is already having new and modern interior. all staff are very friendly. breakfast is ok although not as great as it used to be before covid. location is very ideal close to city center and toll road. overall I love Atria Malang hotel.

The location is near our customer's office, comfortable, and clean. The breakfast tastes good, with many options.

The staff was very helpful when we needed some utensils and very polite in answering our questions, though we couldn't solve the problem. The problem was we thought the room would have good air circulation and natural light (from the pictures on online booking), but turned out the only window is facing the corridor, so not much air circulation and the light was only from the lighting installed in the room.

The accommodation is comfortable and keeps privacy. No smoking area makes it better.

1st time stay but quite disappointed since the room smells ammonia from drain system of toilet
