I had stay because of people reviews the swimming pool is very spacious and very friendly for the kids. First impressions is amaze with the lobby and service from front office staff during check in, very straightforward and clear. Check in at 12.45 and within 15 minutes got the room key. Room is amazing and lighting is perfect. During breakfast the menu is a lot of choices and taste great. The kids station is bigger than other hotel and very friendly for the kids. The best is swimming pool is very spacious for kids and family friendly. My kids is very happy to stay here. Will comeback next available time.

This hotel is one of the hidden gems of 5 star hotel in Jakarta. The hotel itself are a bit classical modern in design, you have parking lots at the basement, security is great, location is strategic, and the service is awesome. You can get lost pretty easily in this hotel, because of its shaped like a maze, but once you go around couple of times, it should be fine. The food in this hotel's great, although the in room dining is a bit expensive, but the taste are very good. It's room are one of the highlights, its very clean, comfortable, and they provided every amenities that's supposed to be there, or you can ask them to provide you with anything you need. Overall, for its price and its stars, this is one of the best hotels for you to stay because of its features that rivals any 5 star hotels in Jakarta. I will stay here over couple of hotels because I love the hotel!

it's my 2nd time and have a room in higher floor. turns out the room is smaller than lower floor. but the view is great. the room is super clean, staff is fast response, which is improvement. try the room service and ordered spaghetti carbonara for kids.. it's delicious but more like aglio olio, not creamy enough. can't wait for the 3rd times.
