Bad experience. Bad management. I you want to stay at this hotel you MUST to confirm to both of call centers.

Big and very clean will come again, recommended👍🏻

Need effort just to check in. Have to walk to another building to get the room key. Useless contact.

Everything was okay until I got the breakfast. Milk was not fresh and the butter is already melted. Got an upset stomach a few hours after the breakfast 😅.

I don't read the review yet before I book this place. This place doesn't like a hotel. Just like a dorm with furnish. No toiletries. No trash can. No drinking water. No TV. No food. No hanger. But it has clean and comfy room and also free wifi.

I was given a room that was actually uninhabitable. But I already ordered and it's already the middle of the night, I don't have the option to move accommodation.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room condition was actually below average compared to rooms that charge same cost. The waste water from the shower were channeled through the pipes that leaks to toilet. The building itself resembled a board up"ruko". The room is large, able to accommodate 4 persons with old furnitures. The cleanliness is so-so. Free wifi is available. Parking is not free:(They charge you 20k IDR per day. So annoying for the facility that comes free everywhere. The location is very close to University of Indonesia, so convenient. Lots of street vendors.

The room looks like it is in a warehouse, dark, on the 3rd floor just going up using the stairs.
