I stayed here for a short time after driving around for a while. I paid more for an executive room, thinking it would have better facilities than the regular rooms. But there were some issues right from the start. When I arrived, the parking lot was full of people dancing, and they didn't seem to give stay guests priority. There was no concierge or security to direct me to park my car, so I parked in the basement, which was very quiet and dark with no other guests. It was a very unpleasant experience.
Next, I got a room that was quite far away. The room was far from the main part of the hotel, and it was in bad shape. There were cement patches on the floor, the air conditioner was loud, and there were spiders and insects in the room. I asked to be moved to a different room. The receptionist said there were no other rooms. They offered me an upgraded room for an additional cost. Intinya "If you want a comfortable rest, you have to pay more." 🙃🙃 okebaik. They double-checked, and it turned out that the room was available. I had to wait a while to check the room's readiness.
After they gave me a new room key, I saw that the room was also in bad shape. The wardrobe door didn't work, the fridge was very dirty with drinks from previous guests 😓, and the maintenance was inadequate. Since I was tired, I only focused on resting. Oh, and in the middle of the night, the air conditioner was very noisy. I even woke up several times because of it. It wasn't long before the air conditioner was leaking and dripping onto my shoes. What a disaster! The room and service were disappointing.
The receptionist didn't show any empathy for the guests. They didn't ask about my experience during the stay, whether it was fine or if there were problems. They also didn't give me a chance to give feedback. So I'm writing about my experience here. The management needs to make many improvements. At least guests won't feel disappointed because they chose to stay here.
