Baru check in, bantal bau iler orang, baunya luar biasa sampai mual. Minta pindah kamar masih harus nunggu lagi disatukan krn dikasih yg twin. Padahal dari luar kota pgnnya lgsg istirahat. Syg sekali hotel dg harga 1jt seperti ini.

Check in and out time are too long. The gym is suck. The pool is so small The dinner and breakfast are not various and the taste is so so

This hotel is great for family vacation. We had the room that we reserved (connected rooms). Nice view from the room. Friendly staffs. But there is always room for improvement. The cleanliness and the completeness of the room amenities should be double checked before confirming that the room is ready. The bar/wait staff by the pool/recreation area need to be more active to up-selling the product. The availability of F&B on the menu should be communicated among the F&B staffs and inform the guests when they take the order. Need to have more menu option in the hotel 's restaurant since it was very limited food outlets outside the hotel. Overall, Nice experience, and one of recommended hotel to stay during vacation with family. Thank you.

This second time there. Still the best hotel in Tretes area.

This hotel has lots of insects, flies and ants, lots of items that are no longer suitable for use such as breakfast tables and chairs
