Clean, comfort, good facilities.

Reqst non smoking room both through traveloka and recepsionist, but got the room smell smoky all the time, bed linen, pillow, towels all are dirty.

I really like this place because the staff is so good and nice. The staff helping my wife so much.

Dapat kamarnya pas jendela. Jendela rusak tidak bisa terkunci, tidak aman krn bisa berpotensi akses kriminal langsung dr luar. Dari dua kali nginap disini, handuk tidak selalu ready saat pertama masuk, tapi so far lgsg dibawakan jika kita melapor.

The most worst hotel I've ever visited.

The reception is friendly. But the room is nightmare. Dirty and old dated, the sheet and pillow. Is smelly, stain on the wall, smell humid in the room, noisy and old aircon, dark room, air leaks from bathroom spray. It was worse than oyo or red doors. Even price is better at oyo and red doors. Don't trust the reviewer that give a good rating. Because I believe them and this what I got. NIGHTMARE.

It 's always good to be back and stay at Harper. Room is comfortable and clean. We stayed at non-smoking room. But the bathroom smells like smoking room. Maybe you can check again the exhaust fan. Also You should upgrade again the towel. Towel has tassel. Ujung handuknya sudah berudul benang2nya jadi rumbai2. Btw I forgot my Take-it Chocolate on refrigerator. 😅.

Poor WIFI connection, like 3G. Maybe there was no testing taken by the hotel.
