1 guy service my family so rude, when my mom want to see the room, then just show her! I know its same, its OK just show her, why he's rude and don't have attitude. I don't like him, he's like bencong, staff here not really nice, I know my uncle smoke near the pool, but can you asked him with nicely words, and kind word? No need to be rude! The service very very bad!
