Nice service overall, very helpful receptionist. Even the Fave hotel itself didn't have it's own swimming pool but we're allowed to access Aston's swimming pool through the connection bridge, the food's taste were good.

Can enjoy morning walk in nearby and also to madiun plaza and lawu plaza just toke fe minutes by walk. So far we wants to enjoy night or morning in the madiun city, I recommended to stay I this hotel. The staff and all the hotel crew are very pleasant.

Hotel Merdeka Madiun

Very disappointed. I booked superior room, upon my arrival it was downgraded to standard and no explanation was given. I also had selected wifi when booking, yet, there was no wifi. I called and I was told to use the lobby 's wifi. Room was very dirty and dusty. Very unfriendly receptionists as if she was forced to work there. Madiun is a beautiful city, yet, I will never go to this hotel ever again. And I will also make sure neither of my friends go there as well. Terrible experience.

Hotel Kharisma 2 Madiun

The room floor was very dusty, shower temperature was very high and hot, requested to reduce temperature setting on water heater, but still a problem till checking out. The AC was not functioning well. The room was not cleaned after one night of 2 night stay. I'll never recommend this hotel to any of my family and/or friends.
