The room is clean, comfortable, but unfortunately only got 2 pillows per bed even though we stayed here with 4 family members so we had to share pillows hahaha. Overall, the environment, facilities, service and comfort of this hotel are okay and I will make it a destination to stay if I go to Jogja again.

good facilities, child friendly, good room, friendly service, but yesterday in the pool there was a caterpillar on the edge of the pool, even though the staff had been sweeping the room diligently in the morning.. but I found it.. it was a bit scary if it entered the children's pool when my children were swimming, I just kicked it far away. because on weekdays it was also quiet, only a few guests.. the others were okay.. looking for food at night, I walked out of the alley, there were already many..

If you book a superior room, it is located in the back building and there is no lift access, you have to go up the stairs if the room is on the 2nd floor..the staff are friendly and fast response..God willing, I will come back here if I go to Jogja

The staff is very friendly, the cleanliness is okay, the swimming pool is also clean. Just need to be careful in some pages because it is quite slippery and mossy during the rainy season. The same room should be sprayed with air freshener before being used by visitors because it is a bit stuffy. But overall it is very okay. I like the staff the most because they are all very friendly.
