The location is not too far from jalan Malioboro but it's closer to the other way. If you used to walk everywhere you go, it's nice to stay here. However, if you aren't used to walk, it will be a form of workout for you. It's got ac so it's nice. not too far up the alley and it has clear board from the street. They give you towel, bottled water, soap but no more. It has TV as well. I don't try the breakfast because they sort of offered it as if it's not included in the package.

Well the hotel itself is nice near the Malioboro street I was booking 2 room but we can't have it on the same floor, the room is nice hot water & WiFi is available when I booked it's written breakfast is included but the truth is not.

Easy access to Malioboro and train station. You can walk to Keraton, Taman Sari and Alun-alun lor, also near 0 km Yogya. Clean and pretty big bathroom, the water heater works perfectly. The family room also very clean and the ac works good. The staff very nice and helpful. Very recommend for short or long vacation and family trip.
