With a price of 198 thousand, the room and environment are actually okay, just how come the sheets are dirty, they should be managed better and cleaner, hopefully this will be an input for grand monica 🙏.

The bathroom smells and there are lots of cockroaches, dirty rooms, smelly pillowcases and bed linen, no friendly staff, very disappointing even though I ordered 2 rooms and for 2 days, but on the first day of the night I immediately looked for another hotel.

Think several times before you reserve room here. Unprofessional management. I have my order confirmed and they acknowledge it, then later at night they suddenly call to forfeit my order due to other guess reservation which I believe is coming later than me! Bad words keep coming from them when they try to communicate the cancellation from their end, and even said that they didn't care about the customer who only reserved 2 rooms! Do not think to stay there even you're don't have any other place to stay! Not worth to your money and most importantly, your time!

Tak sesuai foto lah, mungkin itu foto baru jadi bangunan nya, lampu depan tidak ada nomor kamar kecil banget di dalem tak ada kaca lemari pun kecil WC tak ada ventilasi pintu WC bolong.

Ancur parah. Akses sangat susah buat mobil, pelayanan sangat amat sangat buruk, kayak ga ada niat buat melayani konsumen, tanpa senyuman dan kata-kata yang dikeluarkan sangat menyebalkan. Segala sesuatu maunya dikenai charge, dan biaya charge sangat gak masuk akal. 1. Check in kurang 30 menit kenak charge 60 rb per kamar. Tamu anak berumur 5 tahun dikenai charge 50 rb, waktu diminta ekstra bed tidak dikasih dan malah menjawab kalau keberatan silahkan pergi. 3. Kebersihan sangat buruk. 4. Pada poin 3, karena kesal dengan kata-katanya saya memutuskan untuk meminta refund, dan pelayan busuk ini menyarankan untuk lewat aplikasi dimana padal pukul 13.00 sudah tidak bisa, dan bersikukuh tidak mau merefund. Setelah dipaksa dan mau dilaporkan akhirnya diberikanlah refund hanya 60 % dari total. Saran saya kepada oyo: tolong diperiksa fasilitas yang mendaaftarkan pada aplikasinya. Saran buat pemilik hotel: pelayan laki-laki, beliau sangat amat sangat merugikan baik penginapan maupun tamu.

Very dissatisfied. 1. The guard/receptionist is not friendly. 2. Rooms are not sensual photos. 3. TV does not exist. 4. Towel only 1 and used up to 6 days. 5. Dirty toilet air freshener dirty and destroyed. 6. The toilet door handle does not exist or is broken. 7. The doorknob of the room is broken. 8. The air conditioner is so noisy that the AC next door makes the glass vibrate. 9. The bed linen still has hair marks (not changed) 10. Only 1. Socket. 11. In the room there is no trash can.

1 week rental at OYO, no cleaning service at all. Want to ask for it to be cleaned when it is charged? The rules for 1x check-in must be cleaned, and towels are also changed every day. Very less cleaning. The room is also not clean, there are up to 3 cockroaches. The ceiling is also full of cobwebs. For the ac, it's okay.

It's okay to stay here. The pillow covers are like the ones used by people. Dirty, dirty, smelly mattress and pillows. Not worthy of being used as a hotel/inn. The bathroom has cockroaches. Damaged facilities.

Kamar mandinya kotor, masih ada rambut di penyaring air. Penutup jendela bukan Gorden tetapi kain label oyo yang di paku dan sebenarnya itu untuk di bed. Tidak dapat air mineral. Tempat check in tidak sesuai di gambar.

Tempatnya bagus dan nyaman, tapi waktu saya menginap sepertinya kurang di bersihkan, sampah bekas pengunjung sebelumnya belum di buang jadi kurang memuaskan buat saya. Saya harap kebersihannya makin di tingkatkan lagi, tempatnya sudah sangat bagus dan nyaman.
