The hotel staff is friendly, the rooms are comfortable but I ordered a deluxe room and got a superior double bed, the bathroom could perhaps be improved on the cleanliness. I stayed in room 301, checked the facilities in the room such as: the sink faucet had a small flow of water, the AC remote battery ran out, the bed side lamp on the right was dead, the hot water was good but too hot. Overall okay, it can still be upgraded, right?

The vibe of the room was really scary, the bathroom door couldn't be closed, it was a bit dirty, there were green flies flying around, the AC wasn't cold.

The staff is friendly. The management is good. Because there was a case (which was actually beyond the hotel's control), but the hotel is still responsible by refunding the hotel fee 100%. Awesome, hopefully next time I can stay here again.

On the last day of our stay, the room door was knocked on by housekeeping at around 5.45 am with the information that we were told to move the car without asking first. When my husband said we didn't bring a car, the staff asked if this was a group or not and my husband answered annoyedly no. There was no telephone in the room, at least it didn't disturb other room occupants by knocking on our room. If it was a group, the hotel should have data on which rooms were booked for the group. In terms of cleanliness, it was bad. There were several spider webs under the bed, the room windows were not clean, coincidentally our room at the end had a view of the balcony and the street and the windows were very dirty. Then for the staff, there was also miscommunication between each other. My husband and I borrowed our brother's motorbike and it would be picked up the day after we checked out. We had given complete information and left the motorbike key at the reception, it had also been written in a long book at the front reception, we had also informed our brother. When our brother picked up the motorbike, the staff at the hotel at that time asked for a photo of our brother, as a souvenir of the information from our brother. If the evidence has been taken and sent to me, it's no problem, but this is just for souvenirs, what the fuck. This is the first time I've been to Yogya and had an experience like this. Hopefully in the future the hotel can improve to be even better. Thank you.

Tempatnya nyaman dan pegawai nya ramah ramah, tempatny sangat dekat dengan maliboro dan st tugu 😘.

Pelayanan sangat ramah, lift nya agak seram dan lambat sekali jalannya, kamar dormitory nya bagus banget untuk liburan bersama teman-teman/keluarga, sayang agak sedikit kotor untuk seprai, lantai dan kamar banyak sawang. Maaf ada lebih baik nya jika tamu akan menginap seprai br dipasang/diganti lagi. Karena debu.

Overall oke, lokasi penginapan dekat dengan stasiun lempuyangan. Namun perlu ditingkatkan kembali kebersihan tembok kamarnya ya.

Not suitable for smokers, it's a hassle having to leave the room. The balcony above is also hot because it is behind the outdoor AC and there are no chairs. If you want to make a temporary stopover, that's enough for a cheap price.
