the most not recommended accommodation at all, difficult access, the picture is not appropriate, in the AC application, when you get to the location you get a fan, if you want AC you have to add your own costs. terrible.

I ordered this room with AC facilities, but instead I was given no AC on the grounds that the room with AC was leaking, then I was restricted to go home at 11 pm, hello, I'm in Jogja on vacation and I'm not a child who is restricted to go home at times, I was born in 80 and am already 44 years old, then what's worse is that I was told to check out at 11 am when it should have been checked out at 12 noon, for those of you who are looking for a place to stay, don't stay here, the people are fussy and unfriendly, and the road access is also narrow.

Same price, different facilities. One has no bathroom. In the picture you can see the AC. Reality is not. Embarrassing the people of Yogyakarta. So it's like a trick room.

Service is very lacking. Staff or officers are not standby at check-in hours. The door was locked, the admin contacted no reply, the room given did not match what was ordered, maybe because I paid a lower price than other guests, my room facilities were given to other guests. I do not recommend this inn for people who are tired and want to rest quickly.

The admin or receptionist of this hotel is very slow in responding, the phone or whats app takes too long to reply / not even pick up. Usual facilities with a deby roof. Towels are only given 1 pcs per room. Better to improve the service. Warning advice: for other travelers, I do not recommend staying at this place.

Already booked, but the hotel can't be contacted at all. When we got there at 23.30, the door was tightly closed, we banged on the fence and waited for 30 minutes with no response at all. If you can't handle guest reservations, it's better not to open a hotel business. For the common good, it's better for a place like this to be banned, because it's a pity that in the future, travelers like us will run out of time and energy because of services like this. And it even endangers safety because you have to wander around looking for midnight lodging.
