Udah sering stay di sini tapi hari ini pas check out cuma cek kamar aja lama banget bisa 10 menit lebih. Pas ditanya katanya cuma memastikan ga ada barang yang tertinggal. Buang2 waktu banget. Tolong diperbaiki.

Room was OK. The elevator can go the direct floor where your room located. Need improvement with the towel conditions.

The air con is not functioning properly. Quite slow to cool and not really cold. The bathroom was okay but of course don't expect it to be really clean from stain or as good as 3-4 star hotels. Overall the location was quite strategic and the receptionist was helpful and kind.
