I booked a stay in Ha Sendang room and it was a superb experience! I mean, the room was indeed spacious even you could have a decent jogg inside. Gotta love the dolce gusto machine provided & the open air balcony where I can have my ciggies - not at night tho cause the view was legit yellow bamboos (iykyk) The biggest pros if you booked Ha Sendang you'll get the semi-private Onsen experience (jacuzzi), I happened to stay at Room 101 and the onsen was right in front of my room, which was great. Very suitable for a family trip (kids would love this room), not to mention the supper we ordered at 9pm was beyond expectation for a decent price, the kopi susu aren & teh racik were so good I had to order em again in the morning after. The location was OK, not too far away from the Tugu Station & Malioboro, I rented a car during my stay in Jogja so yeah all is well. The staffs were very helpful during my stay so yupp for the next Jogja trip — I will definitely stay at here again, maybe another Ha Sendang experience or the others which I quite like, it may not have the access to the onsen but still OK since it was pool side room!

Booked Ha Sendang type. Room was big, clean, and nice. We got the semi private onsen. The onsen also nice and clean. Pool is nice with the stone slide. Great experience to stay at this hotel

This hotel has style. Our room (NA) has rear door that connects to the pool, so I think every room is connected to the pool. And the view was magnificent. Impossible to resist the urge to snap picture here and there. The greeting package is a nice touch, and the yellow slippers were cute. Love it. Their bathroom (or WC) is best of the best. They don't have a shower head, it's my only complaint for the bathroom. One thing to note is that their breakfast is very limited, not too many variations and the breakfast area is a bit tiny. Overall, we had an amazing STAY in YATS. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone who don't mind the price.

We had a great experience at yats colony. Staff so kind and helpful. The breakfast was good and you got breakfast box when you check out earlier. The room was clean and has nice view (in front of the pool). Me gusta la hotel

Your reservation is guaranteed until 18:00 on the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. Please note that for security purposes, you will be asked to provide a valid government issued photo ID at check-in. Please also have your confirmation number and the card charged during the booking process with you upon check-in. All rooms are completely non-smoking. If you light up inside the room we must charge a IDR 1.000.000 smoking penalty to your card, plus taxes. Guests must give 24 hours prior notice if the room is to be vacated earlier than the date originally intended to avoid the early departure fee. Notice made after this time will result in a charge for one night to the card provided. Extension requests will be granted on a subject to availability basis.

Finally I can stay here from the plan of only 2 nights then extended for another night and it seems like I will continue tomorrow until Saturday 🥳
The room is comfortable and quiet, the sahur menu is also delicious 😍

The room is quite comfortable. The equipment is complete. The breakfast is simple but delicious, suitable for bringing toddlers. The location is close to the city center. The building and the details are unique, I like it.

Suggestion to provide insect repellent spray, there are a lot of ants in our room. For wifi is too slow/often error. That's all, the rest is very good for service and cleanliness.

The staff are all friendly, nice and clean. I only got a twin room and one of the beds was not comfortable to sleep in. The others were nice and the taste of gudeg during breakfast was delicious.

Clean, comfortable room. The location is not far from the city center. Finding food is also easy in front of the hotel, there are many food stalls. The room's AC is cold. The check-in and check-out process is fast. Friendly service, delicious breakfast. Anyway, I want to staycation here again. Thank you yats colony.

A year ago I also stayed in this type of room. It turns out that the interior has been changed and it feels warmer. It's even more comfortable. It's always my choice of hotel when I go to Jogja ❤️
