This hotel is one of apa best hotel I think. They have amenities on the lobby floor and also staffs are friendly.

Overall a good hotel with a strategic location. Easy to get around near touristy area.

It was my first time going to Osaka and a place near train station was essential for my 12 days trip. This hotel was selected due to its accessibility and good reviews. True to what others had said, this hotel is easy to access, high speed wifi, staff friendliness and cleanliness. Daily housekeeping is important as my child has eczema. The only feedback would be unable to adjust room aircon to my preference as it was centrally control. I will definitely select this hotel in my next trip.

More Than Expected. The hotel is situated in an unbeatable location, just steps from the vibrant Dotonbori area, conveniently positioned to the left of the building. The location is the most precious for strolling, shopping, and fooding. Surely I wil come back if I travel to Osaka

Location is good. Only thing is the entrance to the hotel have some stairs. It will be inconvenient for people with heavy luggage.

The room is a bit small but still very clean bed is comfortable pillows is a bit too small however the location is very good near many things.
