Cheapest 5 star hotel I've stayed so far. The room is big. Have bathtub, big windows and had a great view. Amenities were superb. Room service food are cheap but authentic and nice. Resto below is nice and price is cheap as well as the sky bar. Will stay longer again.

The Puteri Pacific Johor Bahru

It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.

Could have been better.. 1.Room was ok can see this is an old hotel my floor 16th and have good view 2.Breakfast buffet was average but filling and plenty 3.Amenities are just average If u dont mind stay in an old hotel with average ambiance this hotel would be for you
