We were initially assigned a room where we found small ants everywhere, including on the bed, and the Wi-Fi was not working. We were then moved to a second room, which was a King upgrade. However, the experience was unpleasant as the staff who handled the room change questioned why we waited so long to request a new room. I felt this was inappropriate, as the issue with the ants could have been easily identified and resolved if the room had been thoroughly checked beforehand. Had that been the case, we wouldn't have needed to change rooms at all.
