The room is quite large and convenient for a big family of 6 like us. Easy access with shuttle provided nearby to go to SkyWorld etc.

Front desk service was great. But I did request non-smoking. When I finished breakfast and went back to my room, between the space from the lift to the room door, someone else was smoking there. And I saw someone who wore a uniform staff there. However, when I checked out, I did tell the duty manager about that.

The hotel check-in process is fast. You can self-check in or go through the front desk. The rooms are clean, spacious and child-friendly. The hotel location is close to skyworld mall.

Unpleasant smell at corridor area (stay at level 9) TV reception is poor in all channels (very limited channels by the way.)

The reception counter is not located under the one room. We need to walk about 200 meter to check in or validated the parking access. There are a lot of under roof parking space. The 1 bedroom is spacious with balcony and simple kitchenet. The cleanliness not at the top norch but still acceptable. The only thing is the pillow is too thin and old.

No drinking water in room. No toiletres.
