The face of the hotel was a bit scary, even the sofa in the lobby was a bit awkward to be seated since it was closed.

Wifi ' s bad, the check in takes so long, we have to put deposit 75 % the accommodation price, does not seems like a 5 star hotel service at all.

Hot water didn't work, they didn't clean the room properly since we found some hair when we walked in, the other guests were making love next door and we could hear it, there was no toilet paper, the receptionist gave us the wrong room different with what we booked

Staff was fine. For whatever reason, they couldn't get breakfast right. They were trying to say it was 9/26 when it was 9/27 and my breakfast pass started. Lol. I paid for almost 2 weeks, 2 passes, and we went maybe 5 times. It wasn't pleasurable. I was better off with 711 's eggs. Lol. The gym was brutal. They paint the bars rather than clean them, so you have paint on your hands, and the bars are bent and crooked. You can't really workout. It is illusory. Finally, the pool is endlessly cold. They need to make the temperature more pleasurable. Finally, the internet is volatile. It comes and goes, hard to stream and work.
