Hotels near King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED)

Great location (in city center), but unfortunately the service is not as good. My special request (connecting door) is not available when checking in (even though I already make a note about that when I book), and staff is not really responsive. The reception staff seems lack of hospitality. Hope they will improve much more next time.

The only unpleasant thing was that I have to wait so long to check in (more than 1 hour). It was in the middle of the night, long queue because quite a lot people that having problems with their reservation.

Bagus, besar kamarnya. Cocok untuk transit sebelum ke Makkah. Kalau bertiga lebih baik pesen yang 1 kamar saja, bisa lebih ekonomis, soalnya besar banget kamarnya. Bersih dan nyaman.

Check in was easy, only a bit misunderstanding as the receptionist thought we haven't made the payment and all is sorted out after double checking. The rooms were very spacious, with kitchen, fridge, etc. We are so happy to know that then rooms were upgraded. I wish I spend more time in this lovely hotel.

All over is good and comfort...

Not good. This was my first time staying at a hotel, the lights went out twice.

Everything is old. The check in process was very long. Because the receptionist couldn't find our booking code. The hotel is no longer maintained.
