Friendly staff and comfortable to access to MRT and Bus, full facilities at hotel

Due to covid-19 can't contact hotel staff and no any response / feedback from hotel staff for amendment. First and last time also, never stay here anymore. Good bye Capsule Pod China town.

Very affordable place to stay for a few days, especially for backpackers. Both the bathroom and bedroom were especially clean however the state of it depends on the people that are currently staying there but overall still upholds the standard of clean for me. The hostel is also quite close to a couple of food centres and MRTs which is honestly a lifesaver. Check-in and Check-out times were very well managed. Hotel staffs and manager were very friendly and cooperative. Highly recommend this place if you are a backpacker or just trying to find a cheap and affordable place to stay for a few days in Singapore.

Very awful hotel, I arrived at 23.30 pm, nobody standby in receptionist, I wait almost 30 min then the staff come out and he said only 1 person in charge when night. How can a hotel only use 1 person to serve all the guest in night shift? And then the room is very dirty. The carpet many dust and really feel not comfortable when you bring children to stay here. The only positive point is easy to find food when you walk around about 5 mins can get to tiong bahru market food center.

Really love this capsule hotel! the bed is comfy, clean, for me it was spacious for 1 person to rest, perfect! although they have shared bathroom, the bathrooms it self is so clean, they routinely clean it. the loc is at the central chinatown, 3 minutes walk to MRT Chinatown Station

Ok so far this hotel is good choice because it is centre of the city. Especially in the chinese new year occacions. It is very recommended. The staff also nice and helpful. Overall are good. Maybe if it's possible the price could be little bit lower so will be perfect.

Good room, friendly & efficient reception, housekeeping and club lounge services. Connected to a mall. Nice place to stay!
