Very close to tram, have plenty choices of food. Staff also very nice. Recommended!

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Good location, just 9 minutes by train from Zurich Airport.

Stay at Fred Guest House was great! The accommodation was literally right outside Zurich HB (near track 41-44). Check in was online and quite seamless (although we only got to know about it when we reached the frontdoor). There was a small flight of stairs to the elevator. Room was bright and modern, and as shown in the pictures. Housekeeping was great and the room was kept clean throughout our stay. Overall we enjoyed the stay at Fred Guest House!

Unfriendly reception, we arrived 3.10PM my room wasn't ready yet, they said to wait 5minutes. And still not ready after15minutes. Room is small.

Good decoration and free mini bar. Short walk to the tram and near the coop supermarket.

As per my previous review, I was informed the room facilities like capsule coffee machine, hair conditioner, body lotion not available and was solved by the receptionist. Additional to these above, I have to wait for above 30min to get the check in service since the receptionist at that time was only 1 person on duty, even she had work fast & nice but still we have to wait for that long.

Great location, easy access and have a spot for smookers.

There was no front desk staff, it ' s a self checking apartment. First room assigned to me was not cleaned after last guest left. Floor was dirty and clearly not vacuumed. The bed was made, but dusty, the towel were cleaned. I complained and I was offered another room quickly, so I liked the customer service. The second room was clean. The location was good. Overall, I am okwith the apartment.
