Floor was a bit dirty, and feel unhealthy.

Very easy access to centre. The most important part is central hatyai is just beside the hotel building. You can just walk there and asean night bazaar also is nearby. This hotel is pedestrian friendly aside from its room is very comfortable for a 3 star hotel.

Spacious rooms. Great service. Location can't be beaten.

My family & I just stayed here for 1 night so for me the room is clean but they're no kettle and iron inside. It was quite a bit hassle for me to make a hot drink because had to go to the ground floor to take hot water. If the hotel could provide a water filter (with cold & hot water) it will be more convenient for others. Hotel has a lot parking & friendly staffs.

Hotel in strategic location. Near to Lee Garden market area. Friendly and helpful staff.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy, making it impossible to sleep. Additionally, the furniture was old and broken.
