Friendly staff and helpful, also have a refill water. No worries with the cleanliness, it is astonishing.

Its all good but the room 's AC is not that cool:") and the room 's light is too dark.

This is the second time I spent my holiday at Bed@town. Good location (500 m to BTS, opposite 7-11, near BigC and Central world.), friendly staff with warm welcome and enthusiastic support that make me feel very comfortable. See you next time.

Need renovations, No bidet shower

Nice staff, you can check in early so don't need waste time to wait exactly 2-3pm.

Accidentally booked, didn't want to cancel and got there to find was very old compared to photos and wasn't kept very clean, needs few new items.

The Staff very friendly. And helpful. I lost room card but they didn't charged. And can early check in at 13.30. Thank you Holiday in Siam, Bangkok.

The staff was very nice and they support us but some of the guard at the door may not be so serious because I went there with my friend who also a girl but there is no one help us with our luggage, btw it was very nice.

The stay is pleasant, even though the building and furniture is old, however it is super clean and no smell at all. The staff is friendly. We have a baby so the place quite convenient. Not to mention the place is very close to sky train and siam paragon.
