Friendly welcome and the food was good.

Accommodation near Sichon Beach, walk about 80 meters, friendship price.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions previosly and always enjoyed our stay however, on this occasion they had some unwanted guests (vermin) living in the ceiling which deprived us of sleep with the noise and/or the smell every day of our stay! Even worse, they never tackled the issue headon but instead, seemed to almost pretend that it was non-existant, which meant we had to request action on each/every occasion. As a guest paying more for this hotel (per night) than we'd ever paid before, we were quite unhappy with the lack of support and resolution regarding this issue and, even when they moved us, at our insistence, the room they moved us to had been open for days and was now filled with mosquitos as well as the same vermin actvity :(

Old hotel, not clean, staff have no manners. Disrespectful look at the guest should receive new service training

Far from shops, restaurants, decent rooms.

Book through the app. More expensive than walk in. The hotel is good. The staff are lovely. Have a chance to go back and stay again

Overall the accommodation is comfortable. The night view is beautiful but the amenities in the room could be more convenient for the price. The food is quite expensive.
