The hostel is decorated so nicely and the beds in the dorms are comfy and have lots of privacy with full curtains. The hostel manager especially was so friendly and helped me a lot with any problems I had! 10/10 would recommend :)

The place in Old Quarter, near Circle K and attractions (hoen kiem lake, street train Hanoi, etc). I'm really happy stay here. Feeling like my own room. The decorations is nice. I like the room, minimalist and homey. The hospitality from staff and owner is best. Before you come, the staff will confirm your arrival a day before. When you reach the place for first time, the staff will help you to get your keys, to know where is your room, where is the bathroom, and how to use things in your room like AC and Wifi. In the second day, suddenly I catch a cold (because maybe I have jet lag) I ask the staff (or owner?) where the hospital which can foreign come to check. I got the recommendation and it's really helpful. I'm really appreciate for the hospitality here. Thank you very much. Hoping next time if I have chance to visit Hanoi again, I will book in Momento.

Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2

The female and male receptionists are not accommodating and the way they responded to us didn’t sound nice. We are you sure if they understood us or not but I travelled with a Vietnamese companion. Also, there were no mineral water served and for 3.000.000 VND for 3 nights of stay, we thought it was very expensive especially when we saw the room. It was overpriced for the service that we received. Only the fireworks show was the main event. Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2 at 95 Hang Bong Street is not good to be recommended. I will not check in at this hotel again. It must not be rated 4-stars. Traveloka, please update the info about this hotel. It’s misleading.

Hanoi Bodegas Hotel

Awesome location in Old Quarter larger clean rooms w good shower and decent mattress - nice, simple stay to walk or Grab to tourist locations. Staff helpful, and breakfast simple. For the location, size of rooms and price - great value.
