We loved the friendliness of the hotel staff right from the point we arrived to the hotel. As we need to walk upstairs the entrance to the hotel, the staff immediately helped us to carry a few of our luggages to the lobby and we were immediately served with welcome drinks. The beautiful ladies at the reception also provided us a map of all the must-go places as well as accompanied us to the room to ensure everything was smooth. The rooms are lovely and clean. They decorated it nicely and gave us a free bottle of wine :), thanks! We loved the close proximity of the hotel to the night market which is just across the street and our stay was quiet and peaceful plus not to mention the awesome breakfast! Definitely will recommend it to others.
The room is very very dirty. Damp and mould is everywhere on walls, floor and ceiling. The bed and pillows smell terrible make me wonder if they ever clean or change the bed sheet and pillow for new guest. I can even found hairs and marks in different colours and shapes on the bed.
The check-in time is a 2PM sharp!π I would say the guest service lady at reception is hard selling for transportation & tours. Which made me feel uncomfortable with her! All bicycles you need to pay for rental, the charge per day.πAnd also charge for the bottles of drinking water in the room. The spacious rooms are nice and clean. The beds, blanket & pillows are comfortable. We got the swimming pool view. Breakfast is not variety as other reviews but acceptable. Location is in walking distance to walking street & Hoi An ancient town.
Travelling with 3kids. So we need spacious room. We got 2 bed in a room. Owner was kind. The hotel just so hommy π. Near by the night market to riding the boat.
I stayed for 2 nights in this place. The location is awesome, in the central of Hoi An, the ancient city, Hoi An night market and river ' s attraction is nearby. We able to reach it just by walking. The owners are also nice, care, helpful and informatif to us. Everything was nice. It is a perfect place to stay in Hoi An. Thankyou Miss Ten.
