Overall 5.5/10 experience, in the end I had to check out early just after one night. Location is not strategic, there 's nothing to visit in the area, which is no one fault. But if you're planning to experience malaysia, negeri sembilan is not the place, it 's far from every tourist site. However, for me personally the staff there were not very helpful, there 's no lobby boy/security that helps me with my luggage, I even had to bring it myself to my room. The front desk didn't took care of my luggage even after I ask. When I asked for another keycard, the front desk give me wrong key number, which is not a problem if they are helpful about it rather than trying to gaslight me that I was in the wrong room which is not possible since in the end they did give me the wrong key card. Why not check it yourself first in your system before you accuse me in the wrong … Overall the staff service from my experience is poor, they talk to you with high tone. Also, there 's so much extra fees to pay for basic necessities such as asking for extra towel. Not only that, if you requested something they will sent it to your room in about 20 mins, talk about slow service.
