1. Fridge not working. 2. Cabinet door dislodged. 3. Uneven floor with dent. 4. No handheld bidet. 5. No handheld shower head. 6. General surrounding cleanliness is bad; Especially at hotel facade. 7. No soundproof at all, can hear Neighbour noise all the time. 8. Counter staff are very unfriendly; However the housekeeping staff are great.
The location is excellent, walking distance to lots of food, shopping (the store), convenient store, massage. Room is clean and spacious, value for money for a 3star hotel. Will be back again.
Will not stay in this Hotel anymore the room Humidity, old bed and furniture the carpet so old many stain and not clean the Hotel windows full with kind fungus covered all windows. Those windows didn't clean for years. Hotel corridor to our room dark, Humidity, smell not good and creepy too. Really dispointed with this Hotel. The breakfast was OK. The Hotel location close to the mall and bus station and night Market. Sorry didn't take pictures cause make me sick. Luckyly we stayed only 2 nights and most the time we were out cause not comfortable to stay in this room
It's damn bad. Everything is old and in bad condition. Toilet stinks. Bathtub is rusty. The water heater is not working properly. Aircon not cold. I was in room 1233. Swimming pool is dirty. Breakfast selection is limited and horrible. Seriously the worst hotel i've been in. Do not come to this place. Citrus hotel which is just across and cheaper is much much much better.
Hotel does not have buffet as agreed upon payment and was notified only upon check-in. And the breakfast served was terrible in a bento box with limited option.
Hotel guests can only park on Level 6. Must climb stairs & walk quite a distance from car park to the hotel wing. Seaview room is comfortable. Breakfast okay.
I have no idea I booked and paid in traveloka, but hotel unable to trace the booking number. Receptionist is very rude and not helpful at all. Push all the wrong to us … blame us for booking through traveloka. After all the argument, they find out that the booking transfer to trip. Com … but tell us there is no room available? How can this happen? I already paid and voucher received! Please give an explanation! Really feel so disappointed!
