Apartments in Kulim

Lucky me this hotel didn't give me any check-in problems despite my very late timing of check-in. Room was comfy and great, clean and worth its price. All went well without any issues, loved the way its receptionist 's welcoming attitude and help even though I'm a foreigner here. Thank you Urban Inn Kulim! 😘.

Lobby aircondition is very poor not cooling, ceilling fan not swiche on when asked the receptionist says they switch off after 10pm. Perspiring sitting at lobby area. There is a room for improvement.

Room was cleaned and very tidy. Very quiet place, not much people there when I stay on Dec, 26. Suitable for family since not crowded. Will coming on future and very recommended!

The advertising photo have curtain. But actual room is without window. Need to mention in advertising either the room is with window view or without window. Others are ok.

okay for able-bodied people. coz this place has no elevator. you have to climb stairs to get to your room. overall i ve good experience with this place. the neighbors of other rooms were all okay, not making much noises (thank God i checked in before school holidays started) check in check out process was good and quick, nothing much to complain so far. parking; you have to compete with other users who visited other shops who might also park nearby this hotel, since it has no special parking for their own customers. staff are good and friendly. Thank you 👍

The picture that motel upload not same, I booked for double single, but the hotel not provided for double single bed, reception also say the picture on website is not picture at their motel, better find another hotel
