We stayed in family room that smells like molds. And that smell lasted the whole night even if we opened our window and doors. I guess that room was not occupied for so many months. I am frustrated with how we were supposed to be in two rooms that I booked but when I check in, the receptionist told me that the room I booked was only good for 4 pax. This led to our decision to upgrade it to Family room. My guests include 3 kids and 11 adults. Even our clothes absorbed the moldy smell. Photos posted on this resort seem to be different from the actual look. thanks!
