the room was spacious, clean & nice. the staff really helpfull. they help me stay in the same room eventhough i have 2 booking code for two days. i bought breakfast for the 2nd day and enjoy it. there's no convenience store around

It's a good hotel for stay with friends and family. The room was really clean and rhe staff was really helpful. Always stay here everytime we go to Bali. Near from our office project. Recommended place to stay cation with family and friends or office mate

Overall is good, the one thing when i stay is the shower, in the room 221 bathroom, the tap switch between shower and tap is a Little bit difficult, i have spoke to the receptionist they said it will fix it soon after 4 days stay, the tap switch is not fixed yet but the overall service is good

There is no lift from basement to lobby

I had to checkout after 1 night due to safety concerns. The hotel agreed to provide refund for 9 nights unstayed but than later refused to provide a refund. Very dangerous place to stay. avoid at all costs.

The check in staff was friendy. We booked for 2 nights and it was okay. In the middle of the night around 1pm I could smell someone was grilling some kind of meat for bbq and their voice was a bit noisy. No elevator in the premises was a let down. My 3 years old son didn't really enjoy climbing the stairs. But overall, that was a good experience.
