Rooms and bathrooms are clean and fragant.

Location wise, it 's very strategic because there is ferry provided from central station. For private room, the bathroom is pretty small. The shower may need partition so the water drops would not scatter on the floor.

Such a great hotel. Very close to the Metro station. The staff are very helpful with the bookings. Clean and new carpets and interior, I find the hotel to have great and soothing smell around the lobby aisle and room. Keep up the amazing work!

Room look exactly like picture with lots of design perks here and there like record player and vinyl, full set minibar and coffee machine. I especially love the amenities from Dead Clean and the bathroom, I can shower all day in there. Reception provide fruits, infused water and delicacies daily. Check in was smooth. Though we had to wait for our room ready but we were taken care of nicely. Location is the best. Love the idea of ⛴️ crossing. Stayed here for 5 nights. And the resto has all kinds of games machine from pinball, video games, billiards etc. Food is good too and it's a self service resto that you have to take your own food, love it.

Everyone at the receptionist was extremely helpful: give us recommendations of restaurants in Amsterdam. Very cool public area which opened 24 hours for snacks and coffee. And very pleased with heated towel rack. It 's pretty crucial during winter!
