Quite shocked by the staff's welcoming attitude. There was no place to park motorbikes for guests, and no one to guide them. I arrived in the morning and stood at the counter waiting, then was asked a question: check out, right? I said I had a booking and wanted to check in first and then come back in the afternoon to get the room, but was refused and told to check in later in the afternoon. In the afternoon, when checking in, the staff asked a few questions, then told me to fill in the information, collect the deposit and give me the room card, and the only thing I knew was where to eat breakfast, nothing more. The room was okay, the air conditioner was loud, one side of the night light was broken and the other side was electrically damaged. When checking out, after receiving the room card, they did not inform me how long I had to wait or how, after checking the room, they refunded the deposit and did not thank or say goodbye to the guests. Breakfast was okay, the sausage was not thawed enough so it was hard, the green bean porridge was all water. The facilities were okay, but the attitude and professionalism of the staff were questionable.
