Very easy and fun, the staff veru helpful and the tron ride super fun

Easy to use, just show your passport at the entrance. But let me review traveloka. The ticket we booked has a 100 yuan food coupon, but we can only use 35 yuan. We sent an email to ask for the difference. The staff said they would refund it as a discount code. We were okay with it, but they never sent it until we had to email them again. When we got the code, we couldn't use it. It was very frustrating. We probably won't book again. Exhausted.

Buy [Early Bird Limited Time] 1-Day Theme Park Ticket + 100 Yuan Dining Coupon But the actual coupon value is only 35 Yuan, and it can't be used when buying more than 35 Yuan, and multiple coupons can't be used together.

There was no problem exchanging tickets, just show your passport. The rides were cool, I happened to come on Tuesday so I got to go on quite a lot of rides. There was still a queue but it was quick.

I had a very bad experience on ticket redemption. As requested by Traveloka, I have keyed in all the visitors details and I’m the lead visitor however when I reached there and wish to redeem my tickets the attendant told me that my record was not there and it was only captured the last visitor’s name . So happens that the last visitor’s name was my son’s friend who is studying in Shanghai university and that time he was attending the class and my son will be going together with him. I shown them the copy of my receipt and booking details that shown my name was the lead visitor yet they refuse to let me in. I had waited almost 3 hours till my son’s friend came. They approached me to contact the travel agent that I bought the tickets and not that issue as their system only captured the last visitors name. Very kinda disappointed with Traveloka and Disneyland Shanghai! Please look into it.

nice experience in shanghai disneyland. it was crowded but less crowded compared to disneyland japan. waiting time took some time but manage to play most of the fun attractions

I had a great time at Disneyland Shanghai! The park itself is beautiful, with unique attractions and fantastic shows that make for an amazing experience. However, one thing to keep in mind is that most of the staff do not speak English, which made communication a bit challenging. Also, getting the barcode to enter the park was somewhat difficult, as the process wasn’t as straightforward as expected. Despite these issues, the magical atmosphere and fun rides made it worth the effort. If you’re visiting, just be prepared with a translation app and a bit of patience!

ticket exchange is quite easy. just show proof of ticket on traveloka and passport. later they will confirm. immediately print the ticket and go straight in. unfortunately when there was a typhoon storm warning no. 13. so disney only opens until 17. no fire works. but its okay suggestion for disney. there should be a location map/site map so that visitors can arrange their trip inside disney

When you go in, just show your passport and the staff will check and give you the ticket. No need to show any receipt. Check the map of the area with less waiting time, then go in and line up quickly.

The toilets leading to Disney are very dirty and smelly. The way in and out of Disney is too far.

Easy to redeem. On the day just need good speed data internet to download. Dining voucher consist of several types. Not in the form of credit that can be used all at once. It was discount coupons in several different places

When I arrived there, it was no internet and can’t find my name. Take a bit time to find the name. Pls screenshot for any documents bill or booking. Because mass of people make you unsatisfied.

It's exciting, I'll definitely go back there! It's just that it's hard, they almost can't understand English.

Super fun day at Disneyland The place is clean, busy but still good for queuing, not overcrowded Redeeming tickets is quite easy, just look at it when you want to enter The price is also relatively cheap because you take the early bird

Shanghai Disneyland is spacious, clean, well-conceptualized, fun, easy to access... lots of Disney characters to meet and take photos with... the food is also delicious...

Shanghai Disneyland is very fun, exciting and big... we will come back again because we haven't explored all the rides yet, the staff are very friendly and helpful even though not all the staff can speak English...
