The staff was friendly and helpful. We can get the octopus card in terminal 1. It comes with saldo balance 50. The octopus card is very useful in Hong Kong

I ordered an Octopus Card through Traveloka, and upon arrival at the airport the voucher was immediately exchanged for an Octopus Card at Counter A13. I couldn't exchange the card on time because the airline cancelled the flight. I can't ask for a refund or change the date. I don't need to buy it in advance. I can buy it in Hong Kong so that I don't waste my money.

Very useful everywhere. Cheap because of the tourist card. If you exit after taking your luggage, take gate A, walk a little straight to the exchange point. If you want to go to the carpark, the pick-up point is also nearby. Oh yes, conversion is also enough using a barcode

I was a bit confused about where to get the luggage at the airport, because I thought A13 was the baggage claim area, but that's not the case. You have to leave the baggage claim area and go to the door to see a small counter. When going to Hong Kong, you should definitely buy an octopus card because it is extremely convenient. You can swipe on trams, MRT, and buses, and you can even swipe at Seven Eleven. If I have any leftover money, I swipe it at the Burger King fried chicken restaurant outside the airport and give it all the money :))))
