Savor the delicacies at SkyCity Bistro, an all-day dining restaurant offering international cuisine in both à la carte and buffet styles. In addition to the unlimited chilled seafood, such as such as Oysters*, Boston Lobsters*, Snow Crab Legs*, Jade Whelks, Blue Mussels, and Prawns, a delectable selection of traditional festive dishes will be introduced from January 29 to February 2 to celebrate the Chinese New Year. Indulge in auspicious dishes including Fried Prawns with Salt Egg Yolk, Braised Pork Knuckles in Brown Sauce, Braised Sliced Abalone in Premium Oyster Sauce, Braised Vegetables with Fish Maw and Black Mushrooms, and many more. But that’s not all! You’ll find a wide array of appetizers, salads, sashimi, sushi, soups, dim sum, cook-to-order Chinese noodles, and Indian curries to satisfy every palate. Don’t miss out on this culinary celebration!
