*Cancellation policy may vary, depending on the voucher type you book.

- 1 VW Safari unit can accommodate a maximum of 4 participants. If there are 5 participants, 2 VW Safaris must be used with the following calculations*:

1 unit of VW Safari can accommodate 3 people &amp;

1 unit of VW Safari can accommodate 2 people

*Adjusting the number of participants applies to young children and the elderly.

- If technical problems occur so that the VW cannot continue the tour, the VW will be replaced with a new unit on weekdays (not valid on weekends)

- There are non-technical factors such as rain or other things such as tourist destinations being closed. Tours will continue to run according to guest approval by discussing with our driver crew.

- If the tour time limit is exceeded, an additional fee of IDR 100,000/hour / VW Safari will be charged.
