The place is clean, comfortable, good service. The staff are also friendly...

It's really nice that the waiting area has been renovated, it was really comfortable. Yesterday LG happened to be a bit empty, so the kids felt really comfortable.

buy tickets cheaper at traveloka, the place is comfortable, clean, the waiting room is also comfortable and you don't have to worry about being hungry or thirsty because there is a cafe too. makes children feel at home

The staff is very friendly, the place is clean and new. At Joy & Fun Botanica, I was told that playing here actually requires a passport to collect stickers, even though I was never told anything like this at previous branches.

I just saw a playground where the employees are really nice, the cleanliness is really top notch. They even wipe down children's toys like fruits one by one. That effort makes us really believe in the cleanliness of PG JoY n FUn d'Botanica
