I will change the rating if there is clarity on the refund, it is clear that BAD WEATHER could not sail, there should be a refund, because it was an EVENT BEYOND CONTROL, it's a shame the admin is not responsive, the chat was hung for a week, very disappointed, I don't accept my money just being lost, I'm not the type who likes to complain on social media, but I need justice 😭😭😭

Thank goodness I got the sunrise. The boat driver was impatient, when the boat got stuck on the reef, my friends were being chased to get off, in the end one of my friends had a small injury to his leg on the coral. Then his snorkeling glasses weren't clean, there were lipstick marks on them and my friend had a leak, maybe, so the water got in. on to the snorkeling goggles.
